My guess is that Stanford got 30 points for Women's Lacrosse and UCLA none. For MVB Both schools with a zero.

UCLA is in both Golf and both Tennis Tournaments, on to the finals excpet for Men's Golf which just started.
We are in 3 of those four, finishing 17th??? in Men's Tennis???

Yep, 17th in men's tennis (for 50 points); UCLA is currently playing #1 Oklahoma, trailing 3-2 with two singles matches in the third set and having to move indoors because of lightning in Waco.

In women's tennis, Stanford advanced, which is better than expected based on its seeding. So that's a few extra Directors Cup points. UCLA advanced also, playing to form.
UCLA has the tougher draw in the next round, facing #2 North Carolina. Stanford plays #6 Georgia.

The other questions are whether women's tennis can keep winning. If they beat Georgia, we'll pick up more points. If they then beat their semifinals opponent ?South Carolina[The other SC], that adds to the point total. Ditto golf, which could get hot at the right time and do well in match play, that's more points.

Yep, I'm only scoring at the events that have been scored (or have a guaranteed minimum) at this point. So I scored women's tennis at 73, men's golf at 5, and women's golf at 50. Track and field and women's rowing won't have guaranteed minimums until the competitions actually kick off.

BC, I have the floor at 1368.50. Difference of 6 points from VG's tally is because I have 44 points for Men's Golf due to 30 teams in final (versus 24 for women). That's a guess, and it affects Stanford and UCLA numbers identically.
For UCLA, my spreadsheet, based mostly on VG's numbers, now shows a total of 490.5 for the men and 561.75 for the women and a grand total of 1,052.25. So Stanford's lead is now 316.25 points. As others have shown in excellent detail, UCLA has significantly more opportunities to improve their total than do the Cardinal.Â
The 20 point swing from Women's Water Polo last Sunday came at just the right time.

UCLA softball doing well. Bruin women's tennis plays the first match tomorrow v. UNC at 10 AM ET, then Stanford follows against UGA at 1.
