Even with Taylor Kelly, ASU isn't good enough on defense to contend this year.  Winner of U$C and UCLA will win south.  And I'm imagining winner of Oregon and Stanford will win North.

I want nothing more this season than a re-match of Stanford and U$C in the Pac-12 CG, as that would mean Stanford would get to beat UCLA and U$C in back to back weeks.

Don't think there are too many games in which a team puts up 38 first downs, 626 yards total offense, and still loses by 35 points.

I doubt USC is deep enough to win consistently enough to become the Pac-12 South champs.  My guess is that UCLA fans can start planning their trip to Santa Clara now.

I think the best team in the South is 3rd or 4th in the North.  On par with Oregon St.

I'm really curious about Utah. Their scorelines have looked impressive but I haven't actually been able to watch them. Could this be the year they finally put it together and make a push in the south?

I don't think they have enough quality but if Wilson stays healthy they'll be a tough out for everyone on their schedule.
