EDIT: If my post is TL; DR, just read Yvonne's.
I don't have a strong opinion on most words. Our language constantly evolves, and I believe dictionaries are supposed to be a reflection of that; not arbiters of some ideal language.
Ethnic foods that are being mainstreamed (barbacoa and matcha) are reasonable. Whatever I may think of them, butthurt and ragequit are used frequently in certain circles, enough that it makes sense to include them in a discussion. We've certainly talked about microagressions here.
Redditor seams odd, since Reddit has only been around a decade and may be gone within a decade. On the other hand, MacGuyver was first on TV 30 years ago, and hasn't been on since before I went to Stanford (1992).
Never heard of kayfabe or mecha and I have no idea what they mean. I'd never heard of manspreading either, but it drew a chuckle when I saw it. I suppose it can join mancave in the dictionary (but wait, i just checked, mancave is not in the OED), and I suspect mansplaining is not far behind. Grexit and Brexit seem too topical to be included (at some point the crisis will either pass or come to a head, and the words will become largely irrelevant). Manic pixie dream girl is an expression rather than a word, and seems a bit too hyperspecific (I've only heard it in the context of movie tropes).Â
