That's not entirely clear to me.
I suspect he'll be good in interviews. Not quite sure how much those matter.
His best traits are things that don't show up in this kind of testing: vision, patience, decisiveness.
He's reasonably fast, but not going to be the fastest guy there. I don't think he'll jump the furthest/highest etc. Probably be pretty good in the shuttle.
Of course it may be that if he tests well enough, or at least better than scouts are expecting, then that will be enough to push him higher by alleviating concerns.

There is a lot of movement in mock drafts, whether there is that much movement in actual teams' draft boards is less clear. It's one of those classic cases where those who talk don't know, and those who know don't talk - or lie.
While those doing the evaluations on NFL teams are not exactly secure among the Seven Sages, they do look at a lot of film of a lot of players. I am at least a little suspicious that there really is that much movement among the top guys based on these workouts. Or for that matter, whether a single game such as the Sun Bowl raises someone like Thomas' draft position all that much (though there is much less film on Thomas than on McCaffrey, so perhaps it might have helped the former more than any particular performance would have helped/hurt the latter).
