If Burns is in the conversation for QB next year, I may skip a season ticket purchase for the first time in decades.

Hope Costello remains healthy.  But, realistically, you have to look at Mills as the #2 next year if Chryst does have an ACL tear as it sure seems is the case.

I genuinely wonder if the two frosh walk on QBs are better than Burns at this stage.  I don't see a single redeeming QB quality skill from him.

Good recollection. Coincidentally I believe that on the decisive play of that game, trailing 27-21, Ennis threw the ball into the ground on a WR screen on 4th and short.

Unfortunately, Rector has very poor vision as a runner.  We have been spoiled by McCaffrey who has incredible vision.
