I really wish players on Pac-12 teams would wait until after playing their non-conference games before getting injured.
Edit: After posting, I took a quick look at USC's non-conference schedule. They don't play ND until mid-season, and the rest of their non-conference schedule is soft enough that they should be able to win even with two dozen players out with injuries...

Yeah, there's just too much raw talent on U$C's roster to underestimate them.
Not that familiar with their current personnel, but why do I have this feeling that virtually every one of their 22 starters was a highly rated prospect coming out of high school?

I'm not even sure you can conclude 100% that Kiff's a bad coach. Literature's Greatest Losers were impressive in 2011 (if a bit overrated).

Totally believable. My guess is that LaneViolation is keeping starters out of harm's way out of an abundance of caution. The scholarship restrictions have cost them depth. Remember they had that touch football spring game.

Yeah, they had an impressive record in 2011, but they should have an impressive record, given the talent advantage they have over most of their opponents.
You're right though, K.iffen is probably a better coach than a lot of people give him credit for. And the upset of the Ducks in Eugene was impressive, even though U$C was holding on by their fingernails as time ran down.

I drafted Nelson Agholor and Silas Redd in my college fantasy league. No one other than Marqise Lee was picked...I suspect everyone is counting U$C out.

No argument there. As long as a U$C coach can find his bottom with both hands, he should have a pretty decent record.

No argument there. As long as a U$C coach can find his bottom with both hands, he should have a pretty decent record.
