Duke lost a mauling to Clemson by the same margin in '08-'09. Clemson would go on to get a 7 seed and lost in the first round to Michigan. Duke would get a 2 seed, got as far as the Round of 16 before sustaining a similar beatdown by Villanova.

One of my all time favorite sports memories was watching the 2nd regular season UNJ-Durham game at a sports bar in San Diego. We sat next to some UNJ-Durham fans and as Stanford climbed back from that brobdingnagian deficit, the UNJ-Durham fans started going bananas about how the exact same thing happened the year before.
I didn't think it was possible for me to hate a team more than UNJ-Durham hoops or U$C football, but ND football has eclipsed those two.
