So Kal patted itself on the back with the official declaration that its stadium was complete enough to again be the home of the Bearz
The good news is that Kal has appointed three Kal biz school profs to assist the university in figuring out how to pay for the damned thing. The bad news behind that is their mission: to examine all alternatives for raising money to pay for what they've already built. Because the financing plan is "multifacited and fluid" and "complex set of variables that will interact and change over time". And despite periodic assurances, the Endowed Seating Plan did not provide the sound underpinning they promised.
