Without knowing the opposition, absolute numbers like that don’t mean much to me. Are those dollars or rupiahs?
Even as relative numbers, without knowing the playing times of the players, it doesn’t give much info except that the coaches let them play long enough to put up those numbers.
If the competition is at the level of the PAC-whatever, then the absolute numbers are quite good.

Agree. Let's hope Elena has adjusted enough to the quicker college game this season and becomes an impact player.

For example that would mean more time for a player like Demetre (good shooter but not great lateral quickness) vs Emma-Nnopu (great defender on par with the Hulls but not an established scorer). It’s not that I have anything against Emma-Nnopu it’s just that we had trouble scoring against good teams last year. And if the three wasn’t falling then it was Jones or Brink going against multiple defenders who were sagging off Wilson and Lacie. Also the reason I think perimeter defense is less important is because we have 2 amazing shot blockers who can clean up defensive mistakes in Brink and Betts. So if say someone gets a step on one of our perimeter defenders we still have a great back line and Brink doesn’t have to worry as much about fouls because we still have Betts.

Based on what Cam and her mom told us at the Awards Luncheon, Tara is putting her at power forward (not post) which means someone else will be in the middle. Who that is? Can only guess.

My point is that a power forward is commonly understood one of two “posts” on the floor. Because the post refers to the area between the free throw line and the baseline (with the high post being the half closer to the free throw line and low post being closer to the basket), players who play in the post are called posts, almost always power forwards and centers.
