If Oklahoma State beats Baylor and UO they have to get in. But I am much more looking forward to Michigan/Utah in the Rose Bowl. Two defenses that really know how to play the game. I’ll still be rooting for Harbaugh and hope that the two monster edge rushers can get to Ohio’s Stroud. The most interesting playoff matchup would be Kelly/Harballs.

Don’t think so.  Shaw had a chance to send out Karty on a 58 yard field goal against Cal and elected to punt it from the 41… twice, once down 14-0 in the first half and once down 20-3 in the third.  I’d have liked to see what Karty could have done from that distance, but I think it’s unlikely we will see us attempt a field goal from much further than 50 yards.

Don’t think so.  Shaw had a chance to send out Karty on a 58 yard field goal against Cal and elected to punt it from the 41… twice, once down 14-0 in the first half and once down 20-3 in the third.  I’d have liked to see what Karty could have done from that distance, but I think it’s unlikely we will see us attempt a field goal from much further than 50 yards.
