I think the model for Jump would be Karlie Samuelson.  Karlie was a darn good defender by the time she graduated.  Not good enough to guard Plum one on one--but good at executing the game plan, good at knowing angles, good hustle, and not at all a defensive liability.  I could see Jump developing into a player much like that.  Jump has already started to do some offensive moves that Karlie did not do before her senior year--scoring from places other than the three point line.  Perhaps Jump becomes a starter when the Hulls graduate.

Speaking of Karlie, great article about her, and her defense and intensity.

when the Hulls graduate.

These are 4 words that should not appear together in this order. Maybe the board software could automatically substitute "if" for "when"?

You suppose the Hullls would come back in for 2022-23?

In their shoes, I would.  (And did.)

It somewhat depends on our 2022 recruiting.  We currently have 3 more spots in that class.  If we don't use all the scholarships them there would be room for Lexie, Lacie or Jenna to stay for an additional year.

Of course, whether they would want to come back is another questions. Lexie, I assume, might be a candidate to got the WNBA.

After watching their instructional video on warming up with passing, I see coaching in their futures.

Sounds like Stanford is in talks with South Carolina for a non-conference game next year at their place. Assume a return trip  the following season. Would be a great non-conference matchup to schedule regularly. I assume Texas also owes us a return game from 2019-2020. Any other insights into the possible schedule? The season just ended so I'm sure there is lots to figure out still. However, they sometimes do announce Thanksgiving tourney fields around this time of year.  Hoping we get in a multi-game tournament for Thanksgiving against some quality teams.

Are we worried about the Hulls' academics?

no, just trying to inject some false uncertainty to help me avoid reality
