Gonna give Anderson some credit. After that awful first series he's dialed up the aggressiveness and called a good number of blitzes and it's working

BTW, Before that game I told a friend of mine that both teams were so bad that the game would end in a tie with a field goal getting blocked, the other team picking it up and running for a touchdown but getting called for a penalty on the run back so it finishes as a tie. I was pretty darn close
14 rushing yards.

He should have kept one time out and let the clock go down to 2:20 or whatever. Doing what he did, he gave Cal the ability to have another :50 seconds, and look how far they went with no timeouts.
Lucky to get the blocked FG, but it never should have been an option. Again, atrocious clock management.
As for Mills, is he even coached? Or is it that he's coached poorly? Who the hell teaches the QB to play like he is playing? All his throws are from the same launch point, which makes him easy to rush.

Well, Mills hasn't turned into the superstar we thought we had when he came out of high school.
Whether it's the coaching or his injury problems or whatever, it certainly is disappointing.
