It’s not a question of whether America’s enemies will try to exploit this situation, its just a question of how far they might go.

Most likely, they will just “push the envelope” stealing secrets, possibly assassinating minor figures, nothing open and bold enough to demand a major response. But how can America investigate upticks of secrets disappearing, or random lower level allies “getting sick” when its leadership is wiped out.

It is so incredibly incompetent, selfish and reckless that Trump would behave in such a jackass way as to weaken America’s shield. Those soldiers take orders from him so if he doesn’t get tested, if he doesn’t want to wear a mask, if he wants to drive around in a hermetically sealed space while infectious, they have to follow those orders.
