A few notes:
- Southern California is picked to win its division even though it's ineligible to play for the title.
- 39 of the 42 voters picked the North Division champion (Oregon or Stanford) to win the championship game. I wonder how that might change if Southern California were eligible.
- Is Washington really going to be better than Oregon State and California? I'm not so sure I'm a believer yet.
- I'm also not a believer in Utah yet, but the South is weak and Southern California isn't eligible, so I guess Utah has a decent chance.
