His Wikipedia page indicates he is a current employee of Alabama.

He coached with Harbaugh twice and Meyer twice. He's probably got a little crazy in him.
FLWIW, I think most football coaches are a little bit nuts. My high school coaches were tinpot tyrants and narcissistic sociopaths as I understand the term. The head coach ended up as an administrator in a South Bay school district. They got him out of teaching/coaching as soon as they could. His nickname, a play on his last name, among the local teachers was the same as a Star Wars villain. He was the PE coach as well as the football coach, and fit just about every negative stereotype you can imagine.
