base pay - $2.9m
bonus and incentives - $0.5m
other reportable comp (which appears to be a housing subsidy based on a note in the return) - $1.8m
retirement and other deferred comp - $0.5m
non-taxable benefits - $0.04m
total - $5.7m
they show $1.35m of the base pay was from deferred comp in previous years
$150k per month in housing subsidy? Must be quite a house...

the wording in the return
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED TAXABLE HOUSING BENEFITS DURING
CALENDAR YEAR 2015: JOHN ETCHEMENDY, LLOYD B. MINOR, WILLIAM MADIA,
RICHARD SALLER, DAVID SHAW, MARTIN SHELL, ROBERT F. WALLACE, TARA
VANDERVEER, AND YIPING WOO. THESE AMOUNTS ARE INCLUDED IN SCHEDULE J,
PART II, COLUMN (B)(III).
and the same income category for others (up to $3.1m) makes me think that these subsidiesÂ
1. might, or might not, include more than housing or might be some sort of accounting for a mortgage that is subsidized or forgiven over time or something else entirely (I'm no tax expert)
2. are not annual events, his housing subsidy the previous year was $87k
for the same item in the same year Tara had $1.3m in reported comp
