And it looks like Rector is about to go from probably gone to definitely gone:

Best of luck to Rector as he preps for the NFL. I don't know what the scouts make of him--what really sets him apart from the other FBS WRs out there?

Good question. I'm really not sure where this came from, I have a hard time seeing him drafted. Maybe he's really hoping to be the next Baldwin?

Baldwin's senior season culminated in the Orange Bowl. For that season, he was by far the team's best receiver: 857 yds and 9 TDs. Ryan Whalen was the next leading receiver by yardage with 439 yds (2 TDs), and Fleener had the next highest TD total with 7 TDs (434 yds). Those are some really nice numbers. Rector doesn't have these numbers, mostly due to offensive planning around McCaffrey, so he'll need to stand out at Pro Day/Combine workouts. The same applies to Cajuste.

I think he's making a mistake but he's getting his degree in June so I wish him luck.

Bummer. he could have really benefited 1 more year at Stanford. At best, he will be drafted very late unless he performs really well during the combine. ItÊ»s also possible that he might not get drafted but medical school is not a bad consolation.Â
Since he has not made an official statement yet, there is a little hope that he will return for another year. ;) :P

Stanford really could use Simi Fehoko in 2016, but if Robertson is admitted, it won't be all bad.
WR: Owusu, Irwin, Arcega-Whiteside, Jordan, Tyler, Robertson would be fine.
On the TE side of things, I'm imagining Harrell would go back there. He might not be a great pass threat, but he sure did a fine job as a blocker after Marx went down.
