Second Half
Tara starts the same five this half: Lili, Amber, Karlie, McCall, and Kaylee. While we don't need them to win, Tara probably figures she wants them to get more time working together as a group.
With five minutes gone in the second half, the starters have traded a couple of baskets, Karlie hit a trey, Amber hits a trey, Prairie View keeps missing, Taylor gets her first points, and we lead 64-25.
Say, why are their media time outs when there is no media?
10 of our players have scored. It is now 71-29 with more than 11 minutes left? Can our bench get us to 100? Erica Payne hits a trey! 11 players now. In other good new McPhee is 3/3.
Five minutes left and the lineup is Roberson McPhee Payne Kailee Tess, we are up 83-39. Camp and Rooks go in, so that makes all 14 minus Alex Green, and I wonder if she is available.Â
Tess scores on a putback! That makes 12 who have scored! We just need Jasmine and Rooks to come through and that would be everyone!
Rooks makes a trey! I wanted that one for her! And Jasmine has not taken a shot. Still 12 our of 14 and a fun time was had by all!
