So, has anyone heard actually coked duck, any style, in a kitchen?

Definitely, made braised and pulled duck with the slow cooker or pressure cooker multiple times, and have roasted Duck at the last two home games against the Quacks (or someone in my tailgate has).  My favorite fowl.
