Back in the day, Monica Lewinski was confiding about her relationship with the president to a friend.  “What’s it like?” the friend asked.  “Oh, its kind of normal if you don’t concentrate on the fact he’s president,” Monica said.  “He even has dandruff”, Monica added.

“Well why don’t you give him Head and Shoulders?” her friend suggested, “It’s really good for dandruff.” 

Monica frowned quizzically.  “What’s the matter?” her friend asked,” what is so puzzling?”

“I never thought of that before”, Monica said.  “ But how do you give shoulders?”
