I believed our brilliant members would come up with the best system that was easily tracked so I ddin't pay attention to the original discussion.  I just put in my predictions and focused on Stanford's performance.  The new system with a penalty for picking the wrong winner was the system that I thought had been adopted.  If it hadn't, I vote for the new system.
