The N. Korean reds call the guy w/ the stick  "The Fullmetal"  Luckily for us and not so complimentary for Fullmetal, the front of the boat is the end closest to the camera.

Also, a country that can't even make hats that fit doesn't seem like one that could hit anything, even a target the size of Texas.  If I had to wear a hat that was half turban, half heli-pad, I'd be grouchy and overly aggressive , too.
