Only 8 players on the roster? That seems like a risk when you need at least 6 to be healthy to field a team.

Alexis Blokhina should be a senior on this team. Eleana Yu and Katherine Hui should be juniors. All of them are gone. Stanford has recruited what looks like a good class of frosh this year but they just replace a strong class of seniors (Ma, Xu, Yepifanova). Stanford has not really been successful in the transfer portal replacing the likes of Blokhina, Yu and Hui with comparable quality.
