I've always liked Austin Slater. He was 1 for 2 as DH in the wild card last year for Baltimore.
He hasn't played much in 2025, but he's at 110 OPS+, third-best of his career. Line is .250/.250/.500/.750, a home run and two doubles in his five hits out of 20 ABs. He's played eight games, two as DH, five in RF, one PH appearance. He still has range, seven outs, no errors, range factor above league average. The White Sox are 10-24, but not because of Austin.
