I picked against Stanford.  I'll still be at the game proving that as with second marriages, Hope, however faint, triumphs over Experience.

I now think of Stanford victories in the same way I thought of Santa Claus.  6 days of the week I scoff but Game Day is like Christmas Eve, on that day I believe.

I think of our Offense, if it were a person, like I think of Santa Claus. On some days, like Christmas, he shows up.
On other days, like Thanksgiving, Easter, etc., he's a No Show.
