I've heard that there's been an increase in the # of undergrads who get singles as part of disability accommodations.  Their draw group members also get allocated to the same dorm (including if that dorm is all singles, like some of the newest ones).

I don't know how many students get disability-related housing accommodations, but I do know that a lot of students now get extra time or other accommodations on exams.
