USA Today just released this week's Coaches Poll. Stanford is ranked #2, consistent with the Sportswriters Poll. Two things of note, the Coaches Poll has a high/low column which shows the range of rankings that various coaches chose (Stanford ranges from 2 to 5 in the poll); it also list the voting coaches names (Mike Neighbors, Jeff Walz, and Lynn Roberts are among them).

According to the site, "The voters represent each of the 32 Division I conferences that receive an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Each coach submits a Top 25 with a first-place vote worth 25 points, second place 24, and so on down to one point for 25th."

I think you're misinterpreting hi/low. I think that is the high & low ranking for the team on the weekly polls.

I was surprised to see C. Vivian Stringer listed in the panel of coaches.  She continues on leave of absence and "is not permitted to have contact with her team while on the leave of absence" because NCAA rules limit schools to 4 coaches.  She is guaranteed $1M salary for this year, plus a $200K  bonus for signing in April 2021 (!!!) when she started her leave of absence.   She has previously claimed credit for coaching games she was not at.  I disagree with the opinion of this article that suggests it is up to the school to designate the wins this season belong to her or the acting head coach.  The NCAA rule only allows this in the case due to illness or unexpected circumstances. 

I see reports of different reasons for her leave: to care for a child & to avoid COVID.   Having that much paid salary when someone else is paid to do her job is more than generous of Rutgers.  However, it is, IMO, disingenuous to claim the team's victories as part of her career.  (And, isn't that her I've seen doing announcing/commenting on ESPN?  Naturally, that is less effort than to coach a team.)
