Divorce rates way up during the pandemic.  We have a large matrimonial practice (actually an anti-matrimonial practice), and they've been crazy busy for months.

The story seems to concentrate on young childless couples. Not sure if that was intentional or just a matter of being more photogenic. To the extent it's causing divorce before children, it could be seen as an up side. Children stress a marriage in normal times. If the couple can't work through intense times, better to get it over with before there are children to mess up.
