In all from Nov 1st to Nov 7th, the NFL had 56 positive tests (15 of them players).  

Here's some more stats (from an AP article):

Testing performed the first week in November included 16,785 administered to 2,486 players and 26,193 administered to 5,436 personnel.



Since the beginning of August, approximately 600,000 tests have been given to players and personnel, and the tests resulted in 78 players and 140 personnel confirmed positive cases.

So since August, 218 out of 600K tests came back positive or under 0.04%

But in November, 56 out of 16785 which equates to about 0.33%



Seems like a low percentage, and yet teams are forced to shut down their facilities.  Puts in perspective how bad parts of the US are at 10-100x that number.

The numbers are driven down because:
1) most of them are screening tests, not done because someone is symptomatic or a contact
2) players are tested multiple times
