Steelers turn.

Big Ben is a close contact of a positive test to the Steelers TE, whom he sat next to on the plane ride home.  He has to be clean for 5 days to be eligible to play.  

In all from Nov 1st to Nov 7th, the NFL had 56 positive tests (15 of them players).  

There was talk (not here) in the summer about how the NFL would have a better chance of containing the virus than MLB but it's not looking very good for the NFL.

That strikes me as counterintuitive, given the nature of the two sports.  Out of curiosity, what was rationale for the NFL doing a better job on limiting positive tests than MLB?

I remember a couple of the points made.

One was that the NFL only has to travel once a week at most. MLB travels multiple times a week and I think this was pointed out right after the Marlins initial games got wiped out after picking up the virus likely in the Atlanta airport.

Another was that the NFL plan at the time was that players and travel team would go directly from airport to hotel.  Hotel to practice facility.  Hotel to stadium.  Thereby minimizing the exposure to outside influence. (I don't know what the MLB travel rules were, but this point would make it sound like they were more lax)
