Big Ben is a close contact of a positive test to the Steelers TE, whom he sat next to on the plane ride home. He has to be clean for 5 days to be eligible to play.
In all from Nov 1st to Nov 7th, the NFL had 56 positive tests (15 of them players).
There was talk (not here) in the summer about how the NFL would have a better chance of containing the virus than MLB but it's not looking very good for the NFL.
That strikes me as counterintuitive, given the nature of the two sports. Out of curiosity, what was rationale for the NFL doing a better job on limiting positive tests than MLB?
