I hope the low transmission rates are transferable to our country because the USA is doing very few of the best practices from around the world, but my guess is we will have results in schools consistent with our existing COVID experiences in other areas of life.

Maybe a bit better because the teachers and administrators can present a more united front than the politicians do. Masks may be "optional" from the District point of view, but if I were a teacher I am not going into a classroom unless everybody in the school wears a mask. That is no panacea, but at least it is something.
