One other thing about Missy - she tends to call on anticipation of the play, rather than the actual play.  I know there are multiple schools of thought about this in refereeing, but she more than anyone else I've seen makes up her mind early as to what actually happened.

I totally agree.  It happens to all refs at some point, but it is a pattern in her case.
