It seems to me that Richards is a player who may be underrated by Scout and Rivals because he legitimately plays (judging by his stats) three different positions: RB, WR and DB.  So he has very nice stats in all three areas, but not spectacular at any single position.  A real potential gem when he finally settles on one (which could explain the love from ESPN)

I\'ve seen things like that happen in the past. Also, don\'t know if it happened in this is the case, but sometimes a prominent evaluator at Scout "downgrades" players that were considering UW when they choose someone else.
