That has always been Stanford\'s rooting interest, regardless of who the top administrators are in Michigan\'s AD. Â I know JH pissed off some Wolverines with his comments on football academics in Ann Arbor, but all will be forgiven when they come courting him.
And frankly, if RR gets canned, then I expect Michigan to go after JH and would also not be surprised at all if Jim made the switch. Â C\'est la vie. Â Fortunately for Stanford, JH and Company have resurrected the football program. Â It\'s in pretty good shape now. Â Yes, it can all come tumbling down in a hurry (as we saw with Bud.dy/Wa.lt, but I don\'t see BB making those kinds of errors.
Bottom line though: Â I think Rodriguez turns it around at Michigan with at least a 7-5 record this year (improving after that). Â We\'ll see.
