Ah, another fair point. I think it reinforces the notion that you can bet on a handful of flips per year, but that they'll be medium to good (but not fantastic) prospects.
Jameis Winston was probably the closest the staff got to flipping a no-doubt-about-it top target. Of course, Winston turned out to have other issues, so that was a bullet dodged.
