You guys don't get it. It's all about who ESPN is pimping. Performance doesn't matter and the bettors know it. And thus far, it's all Barkley, all the time. Big 10 and SEC helps buy the mouse cheese.
This is pretty much it. ESPN released their mid-season All-America team today. Predictably, the running backs are Barkley and Love. Equally predictably, they tab Barkley as the best player in the nation. They do mention that Love is having a nice season, but the main point is that Barkley "is getting the H.man love that he deserves."

Barkley's a good back. Probably the second best Voldemort candidate on his team, after their quarterback. Bryce Love, on the other hand, is simply electric. He's leading the nation in yards per carry at 10.51 ypc, a jaw-dropping 16% better than #2 in the country. Barkley's average of 6.36 ypc is pathetic, compared to Love's, more than 4 yards per carry less, over 39% yards per carry less. Bryce has almost 500 yards more than the next highest rushing total, almost 100 YARDS PER GAME more than the #2 back.
Frankly, I'm a little embarrassed for people who prefer Barkley over Love for the Voldemort.
