In the Shaw regime we have only lost to one team that ended the year with a losing record (Utah who went 5-7 in 2013), so you would have to say that the teams that have beaten us were for the most part good teams and not just "anybody".
Contrast this to, say, 1979 when we tied an otherwise unbeaten U$C team and turned around two weeks later and lost to a 1-10 Oregon State team.
