I think that SDSU, sandwiched between games against Under Stanford Control (again) and UCLA, is the classic "trap game." I'm not saying that Stanford will lose, but I am saying that SDSU has the talent to beat an opponent of Stanford's caliber, if said opponent does not bring its A game.

I agree. I expect that whatever happens against USC will probably have a big "carry over". If we win, we get over-confident. If we lose, we replay it over and over in our minds. Neither is good.
