More than Cal and UCLA combined. Of course, with how dysfunctional our political system is, I'm not sure this would be something to be bragging about.
Some surprises: Missouri and Florida are tied at #4, Maryland is at #7, while Duke, Princeton, and Columbia are tied at #21, (along with Holy Cross and Cal Poly, among others). USC and UW are not on the list.
