Seriously?!? I finally saw the schedule for next year, do we really play Rice on Thanksgiving weekend? I sure this has been discussed before, but who makes this stuff up? The same guy that scheduled most of our games for 10:30 EDT?

Would you prefer UCLA, or a bye?  The issue Stanford has with Thanksgiving, again, for like the umpteenth time, is that Kal and Stanford refuse to play on Thanksgiving.  90% of FBS teams play their rivals that weekend, and thus we are left with slim pickings.  Typically that will be UCLA since their rival (like us) plays ND on alternate Thanksgivings.  After that, we're looking at a bye or a team that can fit us in.  Lucky for us Rice was able to move our game, or we'd be stuck playing 12 straight weeks.  Which everyone would also have complained about (actually I don't know anyone else complaining about this game).

Basically, it's all Notre Dame's fault.  And Kal's fault.  And our fault.
