Lee Ermey.    The interesting questions are whether  a) Did the screenplay writer copy/adapt that line from the earlier movie garvin cited?  b)  was that whole body of obscene abuse  a pure work of artistry by the screenplay author ?  c)  Did Ermey have some input from the real world of drill sergeants into the dialog?  It really is an amazing stream of abuse.  There are some sites,  IMDB most prominently, that display text versions of the movie dialog.  With Ermey breaking down his recruits,  it just goes on and on and on.  A tour de force.
