Yes.  Clemson being awesome helps buoy UDFG's ranking, and they are the highest ranked team Stanford can play.  Ideally, UDFG is #1 when Stanford plays them, and that would require a Clemson loss, but for now giving Florida State  a second loss is more valuable, IMO.  Sure they could get that second loss against Florida, but Stanford would prefer both FSU and Florida to have two losses.  Nothing could be better than 2-loss Ole Miss and 2-loss Florida in the SEC CG.
