A friend is also now making small batches of Bacon infused Bourbon (BIB) he has started with the cheap stuff to get the time and amounts right, I have a bottle of Basil Hayden on the shelf for him to use when he gets it right.

One bar I worked at also did a bacon infused vodka for Bloody (Mary) Sunday.

Heroism is not defined by one great act, but by a lifetime of right action.
