At 0:55 mark: "I felt like a lot of the times Stanford was confused on where and when to get shots."

The Ducks didn't play defense any different than they have all year.  If the players didn't know where the shots were, that is first and foremost a coaching failure for not correctly analyzing film.  At this point in the season, there's really no excuse for that.
