For those inclined toward fretting, I found some interesting things comparing Stanford's start this season to the last three national champs.
Auburn, Alabama and Florida had average scoring margins in their first four games of their championship years of, respectively, 32.75-22.75, 40.5-13 and 35.5-12.5.  Stanford, at this point, is winning by an average of 45.75-11.5--better on offense and defense.
Stanford has played on the road twice, those three teams had two road games amongst them in the three seasons combined.
Satnford played San Jose and Duke, but we did miss Arkansas State, Florida International, North Texas and Hawaii, so schedule strength is pretty similar.
So, I am going to continue to feel good until there is a good reason not to.
