Two potential bad effects:
1) means that Justin Wilcox will probably stay in Pac-12 as a defensive coordinator. UW's defenses overall were no great shakes, but they've certainly slowed us into a quagmire both times we played them. So that's not good. Wilcox will either coach under a better head coach (if he stays at UW), or get better athletes (if he ends up at SC).
2) it's possible Harsin will go after Mike Sanford, a former Boise State QB, as his offensive coordinator.
