Amanam is the starter at the nickel position. Given how many spread teams Stanford plays, it would seem Amanam will play quite a lot. To me the more interesting question is who gets taken off the field when Amanam comes in?
Skov is better as a pass rusher than Tarpley, and Tarpley is better in pass coverage than Skov. Hmmm. Â

The NT comes off when the nickel back comes in, and the OLBs move to DE. So neither of those two -- Parry will come off.

We did that with Stephens, who wasn't a great pass-rushing threat. Parry strikes me as a better pass rusher, so we might keep him on the field. I'm not sure -- we'll have to see, I think.
