See, I thought the abbreviations for men's and women's basketball were MBK and WBK respectively. I could use BSB since SFB and BSB are gender-specific...
Anyway, Mark Appel pitched a complete game with 14 strikeouts (there's our 1st rd draft pick!) and won his duel against the Texas bullpen. Stanford scored its two runs in the first inning of the game (before Texas could record a single out), and it was all nothing from there on out despite the appearance of baserunners here and there.
Great effort--let's see some offense and win another one!
