It would have been nice to have landed Zumwalt, just like it would have been nice to have landed Manti Teo, Anthony Sarao, and Ifeadi Odenigbo, but look at the results.  Stanford finished #4 in the country in rush defense without Zumwalt, Teo, or Sarao.  Again, it's not who you miss on, but how good those you get become.
